Melvin Mark

In our conversations with ZGF Architects and Melvin Mark, regarding conference tables for their renovated office, we identified two key design features: a steep beveled edge and concealed data/power capabilities. Taking those features into consideration, we created a number of concepts before settling on the final design, an 18-foot long solid Eastern Walnut top with a six-inch beveled edge, sitting on top of three cylindrical brushed stainless steel bases. Concealed wire management in the fabricated metal base provides power to the apron outlets.
