One of the great things about Portland is the tightknit community of likeminded businesses. Our team recently had a chance to visit one of those, Nossa Familia Coffee. Aside from being our woodworking team’s preferred coffee supplier, Nossa is a fellow B Corp that celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. We got a special tour and coffee tasting with their founder, Augusto Carneiro. Augusto led our team through their roasting facility and conversation about bean varieties and the roasting process, wrapping up with an amazing coffee tasting. (And yes, we did schedule the tour to end by lunchtime to make sure our team got to sleep that night.)
