Part-Time Administrative Assistant

The Joinery, Portland’s iconic furniture manufacturer, is hiring this role to help support our dynamic organization. This position assists with key administrative functions that keep our operation humming, generally working approximately 12-15 hours per week with a flexible work schedule. Key duties include providing administrative support, generating reports, and scheduling service providers to ensure that essential functions of the company are carried out.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficiency (advanced Excel skills are a plus)
